- Livelihood generation – promote 3300 working hour per month by engaging people in the various forest chores
- WOMAN WORKFORCE IN ITS PLANT NURSERIES. THE TEAM CONSISTING ENTIRELY OF WOMEN USES CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES LIKE PRUNING, ROOT REDUCTION, DEFOLIATING AND GRAFTING TO PRODUCE, STYLE AND SHAPE BONSAIS ALONG WITH FULL-SIZED TREES.
